Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Onsite Recruiter to support staffing operations at a busy warehouse facility in Manor, TX. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish, highly organized, and capable of working in a fast‑paced environment. This position requires flexibility, availability to be on‑call, and the ability to provide excellent support to both employees and management.

Responsibilities

Recruit, screen, and onboard warehouse employees.

Conduct interviews and assist with new hire orientations.

Maintain regular communication with employees and warehouse management.

Track attendance, employee performance, and staffing needs.

Address employee questions, concerns, and attendance issues.

Coordinate employee placements and schedule adjustments.

Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Assist with workforce planning to meet operational demands.

Be available on‑call to support staffing needs, call‑offs, and urgent issues.

Qualifications

Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).

Previous recruiting, staffing, human resources, or customer service experience preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and work independently.

Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems.

Reliable transportation and ability to work onsite in Manor, TX.

Flexible schedule with availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and on‑call support as needed.
