Temporary Administrative/Professional Positions

$15 - $18 per hour

Administrative Assistant I | HR Records & Administrative Support We’re looking for an Administrative Assistant I to support a large-scale HR personnel file cleanup and organization project in Meriden, CT. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills, administrative experience, and the ability to handle confidential information in a professional office environment.
Work Model: Day Shift – AM (07:00 AM – 03:30 PM)
Organize benefits and medical documentation into appropriate sections and files
Support general administrative and clerical tasks related to HR records management

Previous administrative experience preferred
Experience with filing and document organization preferred
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications preferred
Top candidates are detail-oriented, dependable, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced administrative environment with sensitive HR documentation.
