About the Clinician's Workday The psychiatrist will provide full-time inpatient psychiatric care for adult patients within an adult Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), working Monday through Friday totaling 40 hours per week. Standard shift hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a late shift on Thursdays from 11:30 AM to 7:00 PM. Clinical responsibilities include conducting psychiatric evaluations and managing medications for adult patients participating in the IOP and PHP program.
