A high-volume Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership is actively seeking a proven Sales Manager to join our leadership team. Key Responsibilities:

Desk deals and assist in closing retail and lease transactions
Send deals to the bank via Route One
Coach, train, and motivate a sales team in a high-volume setting
Manage daily sales operations and floor activity
Ensure compliance with manufacturer and dealership policies
Drive performance through CRM accountability and KPI tracking
Maintain a strong culture of professionalism, accountability, and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:

Minimum 3–5 years of automotive sales management experience
CDJR experience strongly preferred
Proven track record of volume and gross performance
Strong leadership, desking, and closing skills
Ability to lead from the front in a fast-paced environment
Professional appearance and communication skills
