Requirements

• Active RN license in the state required at time of submission
• 2+ years of experience in Medical Surgical nursing (or Critical Care experience with Med-Surg fluency)
• Skills Checklist matching specialty
• Current NURSYS report for license verification
• EMR experience preferred, Cerner experience is a plus
• Requested time off (RTO) must be included at the time of submission

Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in a medical surgical environment
Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans
Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
