Registered Nurse (RN) Medsurg/Telemetry (Hospital)

Job Title: Registered Nurse - MedSurg / Telemetry
Start either 8/31 or 9/8

Shift: 7p-7a

Ms/MS-Tele 1:5 ratios sometimes 6- Patient Diagnoses: Client, COPD exac, GI Bleed, osteomyelitis, diabetic foot infections, hepatic encephalopathy, renal failure, bowel obstruction, end of life, wounds, etc.

Submission Requirements: This is a High Acuity Med Surge floor/ Respiratory Care Unit

WILL TAKE LOCALS - Local rate (less than 50 miles)

Up to date resume that includes 2+ years of experience in ms/tele.

Common Patient Diagnoses: Client, COPD exac, GI Bleed, osteomyelitis, diabetic foot infections, hepatic encephalopathy, renal failure, bowel obstruction, end of life, wounds, etc.

Drivers licenses with address that matches demographics

Active NH or Compact RN license required at time of submission NURSYS Report Licenses verification with all active RN licenses

RTO MUST be included at time of submission

EMR Exp Preferred: Cerner - experience is preferred not required

Current Certifications required: BLS required, ACLS NHISS needed prior to start & ACLS Will need to take a Dysrhythmia Exam during onboarding with a preferred score of 80%

Will accept 1st time travelers 20 Beds in unit Ratios: 1-5, sometimes 6 Traveler may be requested to float to Concord Hospital-Laconia, 80 Highland Street, Laconia, NH, 03246 or Concord Hospital-Franklin,15 Aiken Ave, Franklin, NH 03235
