Full-Time | Physical Therapist

Schedule: 80 hours per pay period

Available Shifts: Flexible

Pay Range: $42.25 - $51.50 per hour (based on experience). Up to $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

What You'll Actually Do

As a Physical Therapist, you will help older adults get stronger, move better, and live more independently through physical therapy. You will build personalized treatment plans-not cookie-cutter protocols. • Work across outpatient, home health, and senior living settings
• Collaborate with a supportive, interdisciplinary team (PT, OT, SLP, wellness)
• Mentor PTAs and grow your leadership skills
• Adjust care in real time based on patient progress (because outcomes matter)

Qualifications Required:

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Minnesota
• Degree from an accredited PT program (DPT preferred)
• A patient-first mindset and solid clinical judgment

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in SNF, rehab, or senior living
• PTA supervision experience
• A passion for working with older adults
