It’s about exceeding customer expectations on a daily basis by taking a true interest in their needs. clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them.
remove snow from sidewalks, driveways, and parking areas, using snowplows, snow blowers, and snow shovels, and spread snow melting chemicals.
requisition supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties.
perform minor maintenance and repairs on equipment or buildings such as replacing light bulbs, or minor painting.

able to operate janitorial equipment properly and safely
ability to maintain equipment in a clean, safe and operable condition
