The Law Office of Lawrence M. C. is seeking a dependable, organized, and motivated Paralegal to join our growing practice. We are a fast-paced New Jersey law firm handling, landlord-tenant matters, real estate transactions and related litigation matters.
This position is ideal for a paralegal who can manage files independently, communicate professionally with clients and courts, and thrive in a team environment where responsiveness and attention to detail matter.
Draft and prepare legal correspondence, pleadings, motions, notices, certifications, and discovery
Assist with residential and commercial real estate transactions from contract through closing
Prepare closing packages and litigation documents
Support attorneys with general litigation and office operations
Prior paralegal or legal assistant experience required
Experience in a general practice law office strongly preferred
Experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and legal document management systems
We are looking for someone who is reliable, proactive, and capable of keeping files moving without constant supervision. The right candidate understands the importance of responsiveness, accountability, and professionalism in a busy law practice.
