Salary Range: $18.00 To $21.00 Hourly
Job Summary Meg O' Malley's is seeking fun, dedicated, dependable and high‑energy individuals to join our team as Grill Cooks! Our kitchen exists to ensure our Guests receive the best quality food during their visit. Ensure all food is cooked to proper temperatures and presented attractively
Keep food orders flowing continuously from the kitchen
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station, adhering to food safety protocols
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and high‑quality food delivery
Maintain cleanliness throughout kitchen and restaurant to company standards
Complete assigned prep work to stock and set up stations
Ability to use knives, slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, etc.
Able to walk or stand 100% (up to 8 hours) of shift, able to carry and safely maneuver up to 50 lbs.
Cleaning your assigned station at the end of your shift.
Minimum 1 year experience cooking on a chargrill in a high volume restaurant setting.
