Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Ambulatory
Contract Duration: 13 weeks + probable extension
Shift: Day/Night - 6AM - 6PM or 6PM - 6 AM
Responsibilitie
sProvide direct nursing care under the supervision of an RN
- Observe, monitor, and report changes in patient condition
- Assist with patient assessments and care planning
- Administer treatments and medications as directed
- Document patient care accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR)
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Maintain compliance with facility policies and patient safety standards
