Program Management Governance

Lead and manage IAM programs and SailPoint implementation projects across multiple business units. Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and success criteria aligned with security and compliance objectives. Track risks, dependencies, and issues ensuring proactive mitigation and escalation management.

Technical Leadership (SailPoint IAM Platforms)
Oversee end-to-end delivery of SailPoint IdentityIQ and IdentityNow projects including integration, customization, and lifecycle management. Ensure successful integrations with AD, Azure AD, ServiceNow, HR systems, and application directories. Stakeholder Management

Lead steering committee and technical governance meetings with clear reporting on milestones, risks, and metrics.

Translate technical concepts into business language for executive updates.

Drive continuous improvement in joiner‑mover‑leaver processes, access reviews, and entitlement management.

Support audit, SOX, and regulatory compliance initiatives related to identity and access controls.

Promote automation and process optimization to enhance user experience and reduce operational overhead.
