Receptionist Front Desk - No Experience necessary

Gaudenzia's Mission is to promote long-term recovery by providing comprehensive treatment and support to people with substance use disorder, co-occurring mental health disorders, and related conditions, regardless of individual circumstances.
Education: High School Diploma or GED
Experience: No experience required
Attend the reception desk and ensure adequate coverage at all time throughout the day.
Greet visitors promptly and pleasantly: provide applications.
Ensure that all staff receive their messages upon their arrival in the building, when their line is free, or when they call in.
Assist with special projects, run errands, assist with agency events, assist with luncheons.
Other clerical duties as delegated by supervisor
