High school diploma or GED preferred.
Technical training or manufacturing education is beneficial.
CNC machining experience required
Familiarity with machining practices, tooling, and metalworking processes
Experience with Okuma, Mazak, or Mori machines preferred
Set up and operate CNC lathe equipment throughout the production cycle
Perform turning, drilling, bar feeding, and live tooling operations
Optimize machine setups and maintain offsets for production efficiency
Conduct in-process inspections and report quality concerns
Read blueprints and follow manufacturing specifications
Communicate with production, quality, and management teams to resolve issues
Maintain accurate shift records and production documentation
Ability to stand for the entire shift
Ability to lift, push, pull, and position heavy materials
Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment
Ability to safely wear required PPE throughout the workday
