Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Cardiothoracic Stepdown position requiring telemetry and surgical patient care expertise.
Details

• Cardiothoracic Stepdown unit within a hospital setting
• Patient population includes post open heart/heart transplant, LVAD, leg bypass, rib resection, and pneumonectomy cases
• Day shift schedule from 07:00-19:30
• 13-week assignment

Requirements

Active RN license (IN or Compact) currently in hand
Current certifications: BLS and ACLS (AHA)
Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
Extensive experience with surgical patient population and telemetry required
Nursys license verification within 30 days prior to start required
Additional Information

Provide telemetry and post-surgical nursing care to cardiothoracic patients
Radius rule applies which may affect eligibility for the travel pay rate
Local candidates accepted at a reduced rate based on radius rule
