For 30 years, SignSource has designed, permitted, fabricated, and installed signage for the military, contractors, apartment communities, commercial properties, national brands, schools, and healthcare facilities across the United States. We’re looking for an Operations Manager to keep the whole operation moving.

Direct traffic between office staff, field crews, design, and permitting so questions get answered by the right person
Keep active projects moving from planning through fabrication and installation
Lead our EOS implementation forward: document processes, build out departmental meetings, and hold the team to the system
Manage client and vendor relationships
6 months: fully direct traffic between the office and the field
~12 months: take over day-to-day operations

Project management experience
Interest in learning the business directly from its owners

Bluebeam Revu and Adobe Illustrator
No degree required

Full-time, on-site in Clearwater
Office hours 9 to 5 Monday through Thursday, 8 to 4 Friday; Flexibility for personal and family commitments
Base salary plus bonus
A casual, down-to-earth office with two dogs on site
