Physician - Staff Physiatrist

This is a part to full-time, or per diem position , an on-site role for a Staff Physical Therapist based in Santa Cruz, CA. The Staff Physical Therapist will be responsible for providing high-quality physical therapy, rehabilitation, and patient-centered care.

Join our Integrative Rehabilitation Team

The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about working in a collaborative environment and comfortable cross-consulting with our team of doctors, osteopaths, chiropractors, acupuncturists, massage therapists, and therapeutic exercise specialists. Responsibilities include patient assessments, treatment planning, continuum of care, and ongoing patient support. Our practice provides rehabilitation services for pre- and post-surgical recovery, sports injuries, injury prevention, fitness and elite training, and a wide range of musculoskeletal and wellness-related conditions.

Proficiency in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation techniques

Knowledge of medical principles and ability to integrate them into therapy practices

Active Physical Therapist license in the state of California

CPR certification and familiarity with electronic medical records

Familiar with EHR note system and coding for insurance.
