Farmers Insurance – The Mateo Qirjaqi Agency in Arlington Heights, IL is looking for a motivated, goal-oriented Sales Representative to join our growing team. No insurance experience? No problem. We provide leads, paid pre-licensing, hands-on training, coaching, and ongoing support to help you succeed.

Responsibilities
What You'll Do
Follow up with provided leads and generate new business
Build relationships with new and existing clients
Identify customer needs and recommend insurance solutions
Close sales and meet individual sales goals
Provide excellent customer service and consistent follow-up
Requirements
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is driven, coachable, competitive, and enjoys working with people.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic
Self-motivated and willing to learn
Sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required
Experience in retail, hospitality, recruiting, automotive, banking, or other sales/customer-facing roles is a plus
Licensing Required — We'll Help You Get There
An Illinois Property Casualty (PC) license is required before starting. Don't have your license yet? We'll pay for your pre-licensing course and help you through the process of getting licensed.
