Head of Operations Management (m/w/d)

We are currently looking for an Operations Manager to lead our operations in the United States, overseeing multiple client locations and supporting the continued expansion of our automotive logistics services. This role goes beyond managing sites; As Operations Manager, you will provide regional leadership and operational governance across multiple sites, ensuring alignment with company standards, customer expectations, and operational performance objectives.
Lead operations across multiple automotive logistics sites
Support and develop Site Managers and operational leadership teams
Drive performance through KPIs, productivity, quality, and safety metrics
Act as a senior operational point of contact for key customers
Ensure compliance with QHSE standards and operational procedures
Lead continuous improvement initiatives across the region
Experience in automotive logistics, vehicle processing, PDI, accessory installation, or industrial services
Proven ability to manage multi‑site operations or regional teams
Experience working with KPIs, operational reporting, and performance management
Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies
A degree in Operations, Logistics, Engineering, or Business Administration is preferred
