Salesperson for Retail Sales

CAZA Collective is recruiting on behalf of a highly respected, family-owned luxury jewelry retailer seeking a polished, relationship-driven Sales Associate to join their showroom team in Cupertino, California.

• Consistently achieve individual sales goals while contributing to overall showroom performance.
• Develop new business through networking, community involvement, outreach, and relationship-building initiatives.
• Maintain ownership of your sales pipeline and demonstrate strong follow-through throughout the client journey.
• Continue expanding your product knowledge through ongoing training and professional development.
• Support merchandising, showroom presentation, inventory organization, and daily operational activities.
• Assist with client events, promotions, appointments, and community outreach initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with ownership and fellow team members to maintain a positive, luxury-focused culture.
• Demonstrate leadership potential by leading through personal sales performance, professionalism, accountability, and exceptional client service.

Minimum of 2 years of consultative sales experience required.

• 5+ years of luxury retail or fine jewelry sales experience preferred.
• however, candidates from luxury retail, watches, bridal, fashion, beauty, hospitality, high-end furniture, or other relationship-based sales environments will also be considered.
• Sales-driven with a proven ability to meet or exceed performance goals.
• Professional appearance and confidence working within a luxury retail environment.
• Comfortable with proactive outreach, networking, and business development activities.
• Hourly compensation of $30.00 to $32.00 per hour , depending on experience and qualifications.
