As a Supervising Production Engineer in our manufacturing group you manage and direct the activities of Production Specialist on a 12-hour shift. You should be willing to work any shift (12 hour shifts on 4/3/3/4 workweek). TSMC Washington is a fast-paced semiconductor environment. Integrity, Innovation, Commitment and Customer Trust.
Show strong people and leadership skills and people development skills - Manage training and learning gaps for all production specialist.
Manage and train direct labor in the manufacturing process - Improve people productivity and efficiencies.
Monitor and control daily production in the wafer fabrication plant - Work with all groups at TSMC Washington on issues that hinder production.
Coordinate equipment and process tools to align with manufacturing priorities
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, or other engineering preferred or Other Technical degree with strong Data Analysis.

Strong leadership and team building skills

Strong Excel and MS Suite knowledge. Power BI experience a plus

SQL, VB or Java experience is a plus

This position operates on-site at our Camas, Washington location, 12 hour shifts on 4/3/3/4 workweek, there may be occasions when additional hours are necessary to meet project demands.

TSMC’s total compensation package also includes market-competitive pay, profit sharing and incentive bonuses, and tuition assistance.

  • This position is also eligible for a Sign-On Bonus depending on various factors.
  • This position is also eligible for a Relocation Bonus depending on various factors.
