• Call only coverage with 1:3 call ratio
• Inpatient rounding responsibilities
• 12 patients per 24-hour call period with 5 phone consults
• Fellowship required
• Upper GI endoscopy with biopsy and therapeutic procedures
• ERCP diagnostic and therapeutic procedures required
• Colonoscopy with biopsy and polyp excision
• 30-minute call response time required
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
