Production- Industrial Engineering

Join a fast‑paced medical device manufacturing team focused on driving operational excellence and improving production performance. This role supports high‑volume manufacturing lines by optimizing processes, improving throughput, and leading data‑driven continuous improvement initiatives. Improve productivity and reduce waste using Lean Six Sigma, SPC, and structured problem‑solving tools

Optimize manufacturing layouts, material flow, and daily line performance

Track OEE, scrap, cycle time, and throughput data; build dashboards and performance metrics

Conduct time studies, capacity modeling, and workflow analysis

Partner closely with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain teams

Bachelor’s in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering

3–5 years of medical device manufacturing experience

Proven experience applying Lean tools—process mapping, VSM, standard work, visual management

Ability to work hands‑on in a fast‑moving, collaborative operations environment

Experience working across multiple customer or product lines
