Part-Time Head of Operations

Kellanova is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead our night shift (5pm - 5am) production team in our Cary, NC plant. In this critical role, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility, ensuring seamless production, quality control, and adherence to safety protocols.

You’ll be leading various projects involving process optimization, cost reduction initiatives, and much more! Production Line Support – Lead all activities on your assigned shift working towards production goals, material changes, and schedules.

Demonstrate knowledge of managing safety and/or quality programs and processes
High school diploma or GED with substantial related proven leadership and supervisory experience in a manufacturing
Ability to work evenings.
The ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing requests while maintaining a culture of accountability and execution.
