Pay: $38k - $60k Annually -Commission - Earnings Based on Your Performance
Schedule: We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Deliver outstanding customer service by helping customers and technicians find the right parts and accessories.
Assist customers, vendors, and team members in person and over the phone.
Work with the Service Department to ensure parts are available for vehicle repairs.
Source, order, and track parts to meet customer and needs.
Receive, inspect, stock, and organize inventory.
Maintain accurate inventory records and support ongoing inventory control processes.
Process customer payments, returns, warranties, and core returns.
Keep the parts department, counters, and stock areas clean, organized, and customer-ready.
Build relationships with customers and vendors.
1+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service and creating a great experience for every customer.

• Previous Parts Advisor experience is preferred, but a willingness to learn and grow is just as important.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts, components, and vehicle systems.
• Build lasting relationships with customers and team members.
• Comfortable using computers and dealership software to research, source, and track parts.
• Automotive dealership or service department experience.
