We represent individuals in Employment Law, Workers’ Compensation, and Personal Injury , standing up for people at critical moments in their lives and holding corporations and insurers accountable. At LNN Law, intake is not administrative. We’re expanding and seeking a driven Associate Attorney with 1-3 years of relevant experience to join our dynamic and mission-driven legal team.
Key Responsibilities Manage a caseload of workers’ compensation claims from inception to resolution.
Draft pleadings, motions, trial briefs, and correspondence.
Handle discovery, including depositions of parties and medical/legal experts.
Collaborate closely with paralegals and legal assistants to move cases forward efficiently.
Stay current on changes in California workers’ compensation law and related regulations.
D. from an accredited law school and active membership in the California State Bar.
Strong advocacy, negotiation, and legal writing skills.
