Conduct routine and advanced laboratory assessments—spanning chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more—following established protocols with diligence.
Evaluate test outcomes for precision, address discrepancies, and carry out maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
Assist with the collection of specimens and prepare samples for various tests as necessary.
Thoroughly document all procedures, train new team members or students, and contribute to the maintenance of laboratory quality standards.
Ensure a clean, safe laboratory environment while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation requirements.
Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health qualification along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within the first year of employment.
Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
