Advocacy Attorney

Mission Recruiting is conducting a confidential search for a Litigation Attorney with 3–6 years of experience to join a highly specialized practice in Pasadena, California . This onsite position focuses on representing public safety personnel in administrative investigations, disciplinary proceedings, hearings, appeals, arbitrations, and related litigation .

Offering $150,000–$175,000, depending on experience, plus bonus eligibility , this opportunity is well suited for an attorney who wants meaningful case ownership, direct client interaction, and substantive advocacy experience.

Location & Work Arrangement Onsite This position is designed for an attorney who values direct collaboration with senior attorneys and clients while managing sophisticated matters requiring responsive, hands‑on representation.

About the Opportunity Mission Recruiting's client maintains a highly specialized litigation practice representing public safety personnel in administrative investigations and related proceedings.

The successful attorney will manage matters from inception through resolution and work directly with clients navigating consequential investigations, disciplinary actions, hearings, appeals, arbitrations, and court proceedings.

The role combines independent case management with the opportunity to develop litigation strategy alongside experienced senior attorneys.

Represent clients in administrative investigations

Handle disciplinary proceedings and administrative hearings

Analyze legal and factual issues and develop case strategy

Work directly with clients throughout investigations and litigation

Develop litigation strategy in collaboration with senior attorneys

Recommended Qualifications 3+ years of relevant litigation experience

Experience with administrative proceedings

Courtroom advocacy experience

Strong legal writing and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications Candidates with experience involving administrative law, disciplinary proceedings, civil service matters, arbitration, or public-sector employment matters may be particularly well positioned for this practice.
