Our Operations team in Cedar Falls, IA, is looking for experienced Machinists to work across the manufacturing processes to produce pumps with attention to safety, quality, cost, and delivery. Minimum starting pay $30.96 - $32.24, depending on specific job assignment, plus $1 per hour shift premium for 2nd and 3rd shift positions. Shift Times

First Shift: 6:45 am - 2:45 pm

Second Shift: 2:45 pm - 10:45 pm

Third Shift: 10:45 pm - 6:45 am

Manual Lathe, Manual Mill, NC Lathe, NC Mill, Machine Cells, Fork Truck, Stand Up Truck, hand tools, or other miscellaneous equipment required by the manufacturing process.

Execute operational details from drawings, routing sheets, set up sheets, CNC programs, and standard work instructions.

Check the condition of tooling/performance for best results.

Follow the documented safety guidelines and procedures.

Adhere to quality expectations.

Must be able to work mandatory overtime as needed.

High School diploma or equivalent required.

Associate Degree or CNC machining (metal products) technical certificate preferred.

Minimum 2 years in industrial manufacturing environment required.

Properly align, secure and remove part fixtures, attachments and materials onto machines.

Check machined parts to print with designated measuring devices such as micrometers, CMM, manual/digital calipers, plug gauges, indicators, or equivalent tools.

Ability to move within office and manufacturing complex, write by hand and keyboard.

Ability to communicate by speech and hearing via phone and in person.

Visual acuity needed for close detail work and computer use.

General manufacturing, warehouse and office environment.
