Pride Health is hiring a Phlebotomist Floater to support our client's healthcare facility in Kansas City MO.

Contract Length:

25 - $28 *Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.

Performed venipuncture, capillary, pediatric, adult, and geriatric blood collections while ensuring patient safety and specimen quality.

Maintained accurate patient documentation, ensured HIPAA compliance, and upheld quality assurance and safety standards throughout the specimen collection process.

Delivered exceptional patient care by explaining procedures, obtaining required signatures, and creating a professional and comfortable patient experience.

Traveled between Patient Service Centers (PSCs), physician offices, and other assigned locations while independently managing workload in a fast-paced environment.

Education: High school Diploma

Certification(s): Phlebotomy certification preferred

Years of experience: minimum 3 years phlebotomy experience required
