Head of Project Management

Looking for a strong Project Manager to support large-scale ServiceNow implementations within the Enterprise Delivery Services team. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, execution-focused, and capable of translating ideas from architects and leadership into actionable project plans and deliverables.
Responsibilities Lead end-to-end ServiceNow module implementations
Maintain MS Project plans, timelines, budgets, and project artifacts
Schedule meetings/stand-ups, assign tasks, and track progress daily
Deliver status reports, presentations, and communications to leadership
Manage project risks, escalations, milestones, and resource allocation
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and audit compliant
Required Skills Strong Project Management experience in structured environments
Expertise with MS Project and project planning methodologies
Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and drive execution
Strong organizational and analytical abilities with attention to detail
Requirements Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
7+ years of IT leadership experience
4+ years leading multiple concurrent project teams
ServiceNow experience is a plus (not mandatory)
