Part-Time Mail Clerk

Responsibilities

Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries throughout the office
Prepare and process outgoing mail, shipments, and courier packages
Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing mail
Scan, copy, file, and organize documents as needed
Assist with inventory and ordering of mailroom and office supplies
Support administrative and clerical tasks for various departments
Ensure mailroom equipment and work areas remain organized and operational
Provide excellent customer service to internal employees and visitors
Qualifications

Previous mailroom, office support, clerical, administrative, or warehouse experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift and move packages when necessary
Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
