Life Insurance Recruiter

Kforce has a client that is seeking an Insurance Recruiter. This is an experienced recruiter role that will be heavily focused on candidate sourcing, recruiting, screening, and vetting for our client's (Insurance Agent) roles. Summary:This is an experienced role that focuses exclusive on candidate sourcing, recruiting, screening, and recommendations of candidates for our client's positions. Agency Owners are independent contractors exclusive to the company that sell and service company property and casualty, life, and commercial products to our customers.Conduct candidate sourcing, recruiting, screening, and vetting for our client's positions
Develop proactive strategies to research and identify talent pools and recruiting channels to attract candidates
Consult with sales division leadership throughout the recruitment process
Develop strong relationships with associations, academic institutions and interest groups to support a robust experienced talent pipeline
Represent the company at recruiting events and through other special projects as needed
Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support, or service
Demonstrated experience and success sourcing and recruiting passive candidates for experienced and challenging to fill positions
Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus

Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
