Become the link between our innovative software and the veterinary practices that use it. Use your product management experience and passion for solving customer problems to identify opportunities, prioritize solutions, and deliver features that unlock our users efficiency, enabling them to take home more stories and less stress.

Work with the Product Team Lead, Director of Veterinary Medicine, CX, Sales, and Engineering to define feature priorities and deliver measurable customer and business value.
Build feedback loops with customers and internal stakeholders, such as CX, Sales, and Marketing, to continuously inform product decisions and priorities.
Write user stories and product requirement documentation for new features, feature enhancements, and bug fixes while driving end-to-end feature delivery with Design and Development teams.
Monitor and analyze customer feedback and product usage to understand how users engage with the product and identify opportunities for improvement. Perform competitive research and data analysis to evaluate opportunities, validate product decisions, and prioritize future investments using a data-driven approach.

Experience in Animal Health is a plus.

• Proven track record of owning software features from discovery through delivery and iteration.
• Possess a strong customer mindset, with a track record of keeping customers at the center of your product decisions.
• A primarily remote work environment with limited travel for company events, team meetings, and other business needs.
