Pay: $19/hour + commission & bonuses

As a trusted leader in workforce solutions, we are seeking a proactive, motivated Bilingual Recruiter to join our dynamic team.

As a Bilingual Recruiter, you will play a vital role in matching top talent with client needs while building strong relationships with candidates and customers. Identify and engage potential candidates through online job boards, networking events, referrals, social media platforms and community outreach. Communicate effectively with both English and Spanish speaking candidates throughout the recruiting process .
Bilingual Communication: Serve as a trusted point of contact for Spanish-speaking candidates and associates. Translate or communicate important information regarding job opportunities, expectations, policies, orientations, schedules and employment-related matters when needed.
Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs, communicate candidate qualifications and maintain ongoing follow-up to ensure successful placements.
Process Management: Document all activities, messages, candidate information and client communications in our database. Provide bilingual support during onboarding when needed.
Coaching & Development: Community Engagement: Promote Associated Staffing Inc.'s opportunities by networking within the community, building relationships with diverse talent pools and leveraging social media.
Our ideal candidate is organized, customer- and sales-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Must be bilingual in English and Spanish with strong verbal communication skills in both languages
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Strong computer skills including CRM software and Microsoft Office
Ability to act with urgency and deliver high-quality service to clients and candidates
Previous recruiting, staffing, customer service or human resources experience is preferred but not required
