Responsibilities • Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse. • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. • Monitor and record patients' vital signs and health status. • Educate patients and their families about health management and home care. • Communicate effectively with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care.

Requirements • Current LPN licensure in the state of practice. • A genuine compassion for patients and a commitment to quality care.
