Senior Development Strategist

SmithGroup is seeking a Senior Proposal Specialist for our Sacramento office. This role leads proposal development, writing and production of qualifications, proposals, and presentations, guiding win strategies and interview coaching.
Ideal candidates have 7+ years in A/E/C, CPSM preferred, and strong skills in MS Office, InDesign, Deltek Vision, and OpenAsset. The position offers a hybrid work environment with competitive compensation and benefits.
