Licensed practical nurse health care

Registered Nurse SupervisorThe Registered Nurse Supervisor will provide supervision and evaluate clinical staff (RN, LPN, MA, tech, and CCA) and participate in the evaluation of clerical staff in collaboration with their documented supervisor. Will provide clinical nursing assessment, support, counseling, and direct patient care in a physician's office setting. Will work in collaboration with other health care providers and ancillary services. Will participate with management in the development and initiation of practice specific policies, protocols, and critical pathways. Will supervise clinical staff and maintain mandatory regulatory institutional policy and procedures under the direction and in collaboration with the Practice Manager and Medical Director. Bachelor's Degree in NursingRequired Licensure/Certifications:FL RN LicenseBLSRequired Experience:3 years of RN experience
