Veterinarian at Downtown Veterinary Clinic

The Hospital
- Accredited, full-service small-animal practice providing wellness, surgery, dentistry, and boarding for dogs, cats, and some exotic pets
- Modern diagnostics and tools: digital X-ray, ultrasound, ECG, in-house lab testing, dental digital X-ray, point-of-care analyzer, and anesthetic monitors
- Streamlined client experience with online appointment booking, educational resources, and a partnered online pharmacy service
- Longstanding reputation for compassionate care and strong community ties
- Open six days a week, including limited Saturday hours, with a team-oriented approach to scheduling

oversee recruiting, onboarding, training, performance feedback, and adherence to policies
- Champion an outstanding client experience across reception, phones, appointment flow, and service recovery; Oversee payment processes, including daily reconciliation, cash handling, refunds and credits, and approved payment plans
- Maintain accurate billing activities, statements, collections, and month-end reports
- Coordinate calendars and communications for visiting specialists (non-emergency)
- Serve as backup to the Hospital Manager for facility and maintenance coordination
- Support continuous improvement of front-of-house workflows and client communication
- Schedule: Monday through Thursday with rotating Saturday coverage
High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least 2 years of experience in veterinary or medical client service preferred; Availability for rotating Saturdays
