The primary purpose of your job position is to greet and liaise with the public during initial center contact with office personnel in an effective, courteous and confidential manner, in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, and Solaris HealthCare's established policies and procedures. Receptionist Responsibilities

Greet and assist residents, family members, and visitors in a friendly manner.

Responsible for answering phones in a timely manner, using proper and understandable English.

Print census each morning.

Receipt all monies for the operating, trust and security accounts as instructed by the Business Office Manager and/or Administrator.

Assist in ordering supplies for facility.

Safety and Sanitation

Administrative Responsibilities

High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Minimum one year's experience in an administrative position required. Must have knowledge of office machine and equipment.
