As we continue to expand our presence in the industry, we are seeking an experienced and passionate Pizza Cook to join our high-volume kitchen team.

As a Pizza Cook at Bottled Blonde Scottsdale, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality food in a fast-paced sports bar environment. You will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure every guest receives outstanding food and service while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety.

Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and quality standards.

Maintain a clean, organized workstation while following food safety and sanitation standards.

Monitor inventory levels and communicate product needs to kitchen management.

Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely ticket completion and guest satisfaction.

Assist with food preparation and other kitchen duties as needed.

Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation standards for every order.

Minimum of 2 years of pizza-making experience in a high-volume restaurant, sports bar, or pizzeria.

Strong knowledge of dough stretching, pizza assembly, and oven operation.

Ability to multitask while maintaining quality during busy lunch, dinner, game days, and peak service periods.

Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

Ability to frequently bend, reach, and work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Ability to safely work around hot equipment and commercial kitchen appliances.
