Head of Product (Startup)

We’re looking for a Product Manager who thrives on variety and ownership. This is not a narrow, single-lane PM role, you’ll touch nearly every part of how our product is designed, built, tested, supported, and marketed. You’ll work directly with our founders, development team, partners, and customers to build and support our product that is used by some of the largest professional service firms in the world.

We are a fast growing B2B SaaS startup that extracts, enriches, and acts on relationship data from email and calendar systems. Our customers are sales, marketing, and business development teams at law firms, consulting firms, financial services companies, AEC and other relationship-driven businesses. We are growing quickly, and we are looking for someone early in their career who is eager to learn how modern software actually gets designed, built, and shipped.

Carlsbad, CA (in office)

Manage a wide-ranging set of responsibilities spanning the design, development, testing, support, and marketing of the SigParser product.

Create clear, well-reasoned feature and design requirements for our development team, translating customer needs and business goals into buildable specifications.

Drive quality through testing. Create and manage test plans for key features and use cases, ensuring new releases work the way customers expect.

Craft, test, and optimize the AI prompts and tooling that power features and capabilities throughout our product — from data enrichment pipelines to customer-facing AI experiences.

Support our customers. Review and respond to customer support requests, using what you learn on the front lines to improve the product and documentation.

Build documentation and training content. Develop product documentation, help articles, and training materials that make customers successful.

Create marketing content. Develop content and materials for our website, marketing campaigns, and social media that communicate what SigParser does and why it matters.

Help organize and attend industry conferences and events, engaging prospective customers and partners face to face.

This is an in-office position in Carlsbad, CA. We believe a small, co-located team moves faster and learns faster, which also means more hands-on mentorship for you early in your career. This role also includes regular travel to conferences and events.

We are not able to sponsor visas (including H-1B) for this role.

We handle highly sensitive customer data, and we take that seriously. We are SOC 2 certified, and you will help us stay that way. You will learn to write secure code using established best practices such as OWASP, and security will become a normal part of how you review and ship work. Because of the nature of the data you will have access to, this role requires a background check.
