Signet Jewelers is seeking a highly motivated attorney to join their in-house legal team as Manager, Legal Counsel. This role is responsible for supporting the company's contracting processes, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements (vendor agreements, NDAs, service agreements, and technology contracts). Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial contracts.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align contracts with business objectives and risk tolerance.

Develop and maintain contract templates, playbooks, and process improvements.

Provide training and guidance to business teams on contract policies.
