Corporate Law Senior Attorney

T-Mobile’s Federal Regulatory Affairs team is looking for a sharp, strategic, and technically fluent attorney to join as Senior Corporate Counsel.

This is a high‑visibility role that requires you to translate complex wireless and emerging technology concepts into compelling policy arguments.

This position centers on effective advocacy: understanding T‑Mobile's technology and services, combining data with deep knowledge of the law to create persuasive arguments, and presenting the company's viewpoint crisply while leveraging your knowledge of and relationship with key decision makers.

Serve as the subject matter expert on several high‑impact issues. Experience with interconnection, wholesale access, and network interoperability obligations preferred.

Advocate before federal regulators, principally the FCC, on your assigned issue areas.

Draft internal legal memoranda, strategy briefs, and regulatory filings to support company advocacy and positioning.

Direct and manage law firm and consultant work streams within your issue areas.

Monitor, review, and synthesize regulatory filings, coalition positions, and agency activity into actionable internal guidance.

Collaborate across legal, government affairs, and operations teams to ensure cohesive regulatory messaging and accurate representation of T‑Mobile’s technology and services.

from an accredited law school and admission to practice in at least one U.5–15 years of legal experience, preferably with a focus on federal telecommunications law, FCC regulatory work, or public policy.

Demonstrated ability to translate highly technical subject matter into persuasive policy and legal arguments.

Excellent analytical, writing, and research skills—able to translate regulatory complexity into business‑relevant insights.
