Saint Joseph's Medical Center in Yonkers is seeking a full-time Staff LPN to support our Opioid Treatment Program. The LPN will administer medication and take-home doses to patients under the supervision of the Nursing Coordinator, while updating clinic records.
The role requires graduation from an accredited LPN program, an active NYS LPN license, and BLS certification. Shift is 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with duties that include daily narcotic counts and accurate documentation to ensure safe,
