About the Position
Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care within a Medical Surgical unit serving a general Med/Surg patient population
Telemetry monitoring is managed through a centralized unit; RN responsibilities focus on bedside Med/Surg care
Float to units of equal or lesser acuity as needed
Work alongside a free-floating charge nurse and a house discharge nurse who supports all departments
Document patient care using Epic EMR
Maintain patient ratios of 1:6
Required Qualifications

Active RN license (State or Compact); license must be in hand at time of submittal
BLS certification required
Minimum 1 year of RN experience
All requested time off must be disclosed at time of submittal
Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible; local candidates will not be considered
Preferred Experience / Skills

Experience with Epic EMR
Prior travel nursing experience preferred, though first-time travelers are welcome to apply
Familiarity with telemetry monitoring in a centralized model
