As a guide, you’ll literally transform and save lives by guiding our clients on their journey and supporting them from intention-setting to integration.
Lead treatment session prep and integration sessions through Zoom that help clients turn insights into lasting change
Build simple accountability systems to help new behaviors take root
Contribute to the development and growth of the guide program
Experience: You have a track record of professionally coaching clients, cumulatively over 100 hours
Webside Manner: You are thoughtful, compassionate, professional, and on time for your video appointments
Remote-able: You excel in telehealth - triaging your inbox (and Teams messages), submitting documentation on time, and keeping up with SOP and company updates
AI-First: You harness AI to deliver better client outcomes, streamline documentation, and stay at the cutting edge of coaching and psychedelics
Remote work and set your own schedule
The hourly rate for this role as an independent contractor starts at $22 USD.
