Human Resources Generalist - Payroll/Recruitment (Full Time)

HR Generalist (Temporary Maternity Leave Coverage) Full-Time/ As Needed | Temporary (Approximately 3 Months)

At RBM, we believe great communities are built by great people. We're looking for an experienced HR Generalist to provide maternity leave coverage and serve as the primary HR resource for our team during this transition.

Manage full-cycle recruiting, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.

Support employees and managers with HR questions, coaching, performance discussions, and employee relations matters.

Assist with benefits administration, payroll coordination, and HR recordkeeping through ADP TotalSource.

Maintain compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices.

Support employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture initiatives.

3+ years of Human Resources experience.

• Experience in recruiting, employee relations, onboarding, and HR administration.
• Experience with ADP or similar HR/payroll systems.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
