Hospitalist- Full Time

Pediatric provider needed for an outpatient clinic in Lake Havasu City, AZ, with a stable weekday schedule and rotating call focused mainly on newborn care in collaboration with a local pediatrician.

We offer a supportive, team-based environment where providers can focus on patient care while relying on strong clinic infrastructure and reliable ancillary support.

The clinic features CLIA‑waived in‑office testing, coordinated front office operations, a dedicated medical assistant, and an experienced office manager to streamline daily workflow. Providers also have access to higher‑level lab and radiology services at the local hospital, ensuring seamless coordination of care when additional diagnostics are needed. A full‑time local pediatrician is on‑site, fostering collaboration, continuity, and a collegial practice culture.

Located in the heart of Lake Havasu City, the practice serves a diverse and growing patient population in a vibrant community known for its beautiful winter weather, outdoor recreation, and family‑friendly amenities. From boating on Lake Havasu to hiking local trails and exploring the historic London Bridge area, providers and their families enjoy a high quality of life outside of work. Fixed clinic schedule: 08:00–12:00, 13:00–17:00, Monday–Thursday.

Call coverage approximately 10 days per month, predominantly newborn care, shared on a rotating schedule with a local provider.

Clinic Only, Clinic + Call, or Call‑Only on weekends, depending on schedule needs.
