You will perform maintenance, audits, configuration, programming, installation/commissioning, upgrades, and migration of complex/advanced Honeywell control systems (EXPERION PKS, TPS/TDC300). You will be the primary face of Honeywell for the customer in this role responsible for the daily implementation, administration and troubleshooting of the Honeywell HPS products installed at the customer location. You will be required to develop and maintain strong interpersonal relationships with customer representative as well as provide first response technical support. You will provide technical presentations to an audience of customers and other industry peers. You will work with the Field Services Manager and LSS business functions to maintain and grow the business by identifying customer needs and provided solutions based on the HPS suite of products and services.This role is based at Houton Tx with candidate readiness to relocate to South Texas if required.ResponsibilitiesKey ResponsibilitiesDCS Maintenance includingHardware ComponentsSoftware ComponentsField Troubleshooting of common IO and Loop ProblemsField Troubleshooting of End DevicesAdding and Deletion of TAGS/PointsAdding and Modifying Logic as per standardConfigure, maintain, and solve Honeywell hardware and software issues including: Experion PKS, other DCS hardware / software such as LCN, TPS. Having PLC and Safety System knowledge will be an added advantage.Provide service related to the upgrades and migrations of the DCSLearn the end-to-end product/solution development and delivery/execution of Honeywell products and solutionsTroubleshooting Network Connections of Ethernet and Coaxial CablingModifying and editing HMI GraphicsFocal Point for Honeywell with the customer on providing technical solutionsCompany vehicle will be provided to travel to company sitesDue to the nature of this discipline, on occasion, maybe required to work off-hours, on weekends, and/or holidaysTravel: up to 75+%QualificationsYou Must HaveAt least 3 years prior field experience in supporting Honeywell Distributed Control Systems, including EPKS and TPN Systems.A minimum of two L3 Honeywell DCS Certifications or for outside candidates you must be able to obtain them within 12 monthsAbility to learn new technologies and disciplinesCustomer Service SkillsValid Driver's License and driving record acceptable to HoneywellWe ValueBachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.Experience with Experion PKS Hardware & Software, in addition to Hiway, TDC, & TPS system experience including LCN, UCN along with PC/Networking experience.Experience in Virtualization hardware/software, setup and network configurationNetworking, Cyber Security: design, implementation, configuration, diagnosticsStrong written and verbal communication skills.
